How to Play Super Mario World 2: Yoshi Island 2 Player? To play the Yoshi Island 2 player mode, you need to be on the level select screen. Once there, you need to hold the '-' button, which serves the role of Select's button on the SNES controller and then press X X Y B A while holding it. Yoshi's Island Switch is an upcoming 2.5D Yoshi's Island for the Nintendo Switch. It is a collab between Crash Co. And TimeStrike, originating from both directors' love for the series. It will be the fourth Yoshi's Island game, following Yoshi's New Island on the Nintendo 3DS, and will focus on bringing back the 'fun and unique' features of previous games while adding some new features on its own.

The first non-trivial jump of the game is Box Jump--getting P-speed and jumping from the message block to the brown swinging platform's pivot. After that, keeping P-speed for the rest of the level is fairly easy. To save an extra game second, run along each of the brown platforms so Mario gets a short boost from each one.

Regaining P-speed after exiting the underground section is very tight without hitting the midway point. If you do touch it, you will probably have to damage boost through the Koopas in Iggy's Castle.
