Saya ingat, dulu ketika masih menggunakan Windows (bajakan), saya suka mengutak-atik si Windows supaya hasil tes Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool jadi ‘Genuine’. Maka seketika itu juga saya ‘beraksi’ kembali untuk membuat Windows di laptop ini jadi asli (bukan untuk ditiru). Saya ingin tahu, apa trik ini sekarang masih bisa digunakan atau tidak, karena terakhir saya menggunakan Windows sekitar awal tahun 2009. Apakah Microsoft sudah memperbaiki sistemnya supaya produknya tidak lagi mudah ‘dibodohi’ oleh pengguna yang ‘pintar’?
Setelah ‘beraksi’, lalu saya coba cek lagi si Windows dengan tool yang sama. Dan ternyata hasilnya, yang tadinya hasil cek “Blocked bla. bla. bla.” sekarang berubah jadi “Genuine” dengan tulisan berwarna hijau. Ternyata si Windows masih bisa dibohongi.
Setelah itu saya coba install antivirus Microsoft Security Essentials yang katanya cuma bisa diinstall di Windows yang asli. Dan ternyata si antivirus bisa diinstall dengan lancar, hanya saja sebelumnya si Windows minta dirinya diupgrade dulu ke SP3.

How to create a ISO or USB drive.
Select Create installation media for another PC then click Next
If you want to download a particular edition or both architectures, uncheck the Use the recommended option for this PC.
Click in the Edition list box then choose your edition then click Next.
- Windows 10 - contains both Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro editions.
- Windows 10 N - only select this edition if you reside in Europe, it does not contain Windows Media Player. It contains Windows 10 Home N and Windows 10 Pro N.

WARNING: If you are running Windows 8.1 with Bing edition, please use the Microsoft TechBench website to download Windows 10 SL, see instructions further down in this article.

- Your currently installed copy of Windows must be activated. If it is not, you will be prompted to enter a genuine product key

- If you are using Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 8.0 Enterprise, Windows 8.1 Enterprise editions, or volume license Windows 7 Professional you won't be able to use the free upgrade offer.

Click in the Select edition list box and choose your edition, Windows 10 contains both installation files for Home and Professional allowing you to select either edition during setup. Only select Windows 10 N if you live in Europe, please note it does not contain Windows Media Player.

I had serious problems with an USA-Sata-adapter, bought for this purposes. Install open media vault on usb stick. However, since we have the flashmemory plugin like erik said, you can use USB Sticks, too. Anytime I tried to switch on Smart-reading, the GUI froze. Another side effect, setting of time or time zone was impossible. If you have a spare Sata-Port or a usb to sata adapter, a HDD or SSD is better than a USB Stick.
Click your desired architecture then click save.
Follow the instructions to use either the Microsoft .iso to USB/DVD tool , Rufus or the Disc Image burning utility in Windows 7 or later to prepare the .ISO file. You can also mount the .ISO file in Windows 8 or later then perform an upgrade.
